Circle BMW Awarded BMW Center of Excellence

Eatontown, N.J. (March 18, 2015) - BMW of North America, LLC announced its annual Center of Excellence honors and Circle BMW, the region's only independently owned and operated BMW dealership, was again recognized as a top BMW Center in the U.S. for achieving outstanding levels of performance in 2014. Winning BMW Centers consistently demonstrate their dedication and enthusiasm for the BMW Brand, their customers and employees.
BMW dealers were measured on 11 Key Performance Indicators against their peers which include, Customer First, Aftersales and Sales data. This data is then calculated to award the top performing BMW dealers. Only nine percent or 32 of the 339 U.S. dealerships are awarded this annual top honor of "2015 Center of Excellence" based on their 2014 performance.
Circle BMW in Eatontown, N.J. has earned this distinction for 2015 by demonstrating consistent superior performance, with a combination of sales, leadership and customer satisfaction that placed them at the very top among BMW dealers.
