Circle BMW Adds Second BMW Genius to Assist Customers
Zachary Guinee is newest member of team
Circle BMW is proud to announce the addition of a second BMW Genius to its Sales and Service teams. Zachary Guinee was promoted to the position of BMW Genius earlier this month. Previously, he served as a Valet in the Service Department for more than two years. His attention to Circle BMW customers, interest in the BMW brand and enthusiastic, good nature all contributed to his recent career move. Zachary joins Harry Abrahamsen, Circle BMW's first BMW Genius, to assist our customers with product-related questions.
The objective of the BMW Genius is to help customers better understand the unique features and rich functionality available in the various BMW models. The BMW Group has always been committed to building the Ultimate Driving Machine®. Every feature has been thoughtfully designed to exceed customer expectations. Yet, with the rapid evolution of in-vehicle technology, customers, both loyal and new to the brand, may require additional time to master their new BMW's features and functions.
This is where the BMW Genius enters the picture. Zachary and Harry are solely responsible to assist customers. They support both the Sales and Service Departments, but are not sales people. Their mission is to develop a relationship with our customers and contribute to the enhancement of driving a BMW.
