-Event Proceeds will be donated to the Foundation of Fair Haven-

EATONTOWN, N.J.  (July 27, 2012) ? Circle BMW, the region's premier BMW dealership, today announced that they will again sponsor the fourth annual Tour de Fair Haven that is set to take place on Sunday, August 12, 2012. This marks the third year that Circle BMW has been a sponsor of the Tour de Fair Haven. Circle BMW will also provide a small fleet of BMWs that will be used to pace the race.

The Tour de Fair Haven is a competitive bike race and fundraiser that has grown to be the second largest cycling event in New Jersey. More than 450 cyclists are expected at this year's race, an increase of nearly 50 percent since the inception of the race in 2009. Cyclists travel from as far as England and Oregon to participate in this exciting local event. The Tour de Fair Haven is presented by USA Cycling Federation (USCF) affiliate Cycles54 and ForeFront, Inc., in partnership with the Borough of Fair Haven. Returning as the title sponsor for the fourth year is Saker ShopRites.

The rolling 1.7 mile course runs along the scenic Navesink River, through downtown Fair Haven and winds throughout several charming neighbors. The start/finish line is located in front of the Fair Haven Firehouse on River Road. Back this year, by popular demand, is a women's professional race and a kid's race that will take place immediately following the final professional race. A total of $10,000 will be awarded to the winners of the six professional races.  In conjunction with the event, prizes will also be awarded to spectators with the best house and tailgate decorations along the race route. Local residents are encouraged to throw a party on their lawn and tailgaters are welcome to congregate at the Youth Center on Third Street. Coastal Décor, a Fair Haven-based gift shop and interior design studio, will donate free cowbells to spectators while supplies last.

In previous years, the Tour de Fair Haven has been held in September. According to Race Director, Michel Berger, "the schedule change is an attempt to attract the Jersey Shore summer crowd to visit our quaint town of Fair Haven and the surrounding Monmouth County communities." Circle BMW President, Tom DeFelice, said, "It has been a thrill to be a part of the Tour de Fair Haven and watch as it has developed into a first-class competitive bike race both statewide and in the Northeast region."  Event proceeds and sponsorships will be donated to the Foundation of Fair Haven to help fund programs that promote bike safety and encourage borough residents to use their bicycles around town. In past years, the Tour de Fair Haven raised donated funds to the 2012 Fair Haven Centennial celebration and the Joan Dancy & PALS Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients and their families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

If you would like to volunteer to help with the race or would like additional information about the race, contact Susan Sorenson at susan.sorenson@sprint.com. To register for the Tour de Fair Haven, go to www.bikereg.com.

Circle BMW Recognized for Excellence in Business by BMW Group Financial Services

Donation made to The Seeing Eye Foundation on behalf of Circle BMW-

EATONTOWN, N.J. (October 3, 2011) - Circle BMW, the region's premier BMW dealership City, has been named a BMW Group Financial Services "Driving Force" member for 2010-11.  This honor is presented annually to a select group of BMW retail centers for their outstanding commitment to BMW Group Financial Services.  Circle BMW is one of 196 BMW centers to be selected to this elite group this year.

BMW Group Financial Services, which offers leasing, retail and wholesale financing services to BMW owners and centers, created the Driving Force in 1998 to recognize select retailers for their business commitments to BMW FS.  Today, those investments have helped the company's commercial lending portfolio exceed $34 billion in serviced assets.

"We are honored to recognize Circle BMW for their exceptional commitment to our organization.  We are fortunate and proud to have such a valued business partner, particularly in this economic climate," said Ed Robinson, president and CEO, BMW Group Financial Services.

It is in the spirit of partnership, Robinson notes, that BMW FS has made a donation to The Seeing Eye Foundation on behalf of the Driving Force members.  "We greatly admire the tireless work of The Seeing Eye and remain committed to support the thousands of men, women and canine companions who demonstrate the true meaning of partnership everyday," Robinson adds.

This is the third Driving Force donation made to The Seeing Eye.  The funds are used to sponsor a puppy-in-training.  The newest addition, Reba, will be raised by a foster family for 18 months before heading to Seeing Eye headquarters in New Jersey to undergo rigorous training. After that Reba will be paired with her human partner.

About The Seeing Eye®

Red Bank Honors Tom and Valarie DeFelice

-Circle BMW Celebrates 30th Anniversary-

EATONTOWN, N.J. (December 21, 2011) ? Circle BMW, the region's premier BMW dealership, today announced that Red Bank Mayor Pasquale Menna and the Red Bank Borough Council presented a certificate of appreciation to Circle BMW President, Tom DeFelice and his wife Valarie at the Borough Council's December 7, 2011 meeting. Mayor Menna recognized Circle BMW's 30th anniversary and the DeFelice's for their continued support of numerous local charitable and cultural institutions.

In a heartfelt presentation, Mayor Menna recalled that Circle Chevrolet, the dealership founded by DeFelice's grandfather, has deep roots in Red Bank since 1952. He recalled that the late Monsignor DeLorenzo of St. Anthony's drove a Chevy Impala from Circle Chevy. The Mayor presented the certificate to Tom DeFelice and thanked the couple for their, "30 years of unflagging support for Red Bank charities and cultural institutions which have enriched the lives of so many in the Borough of Red Bank." He added, "The corporate support of Circle BMW to Red Bank's cultural institutions has made it possible for many institutions to continue their commitment to our community."

Tom began his career at Circle Chevrolet. He purchased the BMW franchise in 1981 and opened Circle BMW that year with one salesperson and one technician. In 1985, Tom built a new showroom for his expanding dealership in Shrewsbury. Twenty years later, and still growing, Tom built a state-of-the-art facility in Eatontown, N.J., the current home of Circle BMW. Today, Circle BMW employs more than 90 people, many who have worked for the company for more than 20 years.

A third generation auto industry executive, Tom has established a solid business and reputation. His daily involvement and hands-on approach differentiates Circle BMW from other automotive dealers. As the number of public and privately owned auto conglomerates increase, Circle BMW remains in the minority as a privately owned and operated family business. As a result, Circle BMW's customers and employees receive attention and service that is not found at many of the large auto groups.

A supporter of various local community-related programs and non-profit organizations, and board member of Prevention First, Tom, along with Valarie, have generously contributed to Catholic Charities of Monmouth County, Christian Brothers Academy, Count Basie Theatre, Holiday Express, Junior League of Monmouth County, Monmouth Council Boy Scouts of America, Monmouth University Scholarship Program, The Community YMCA, The Monmouth County Historical Association and Two River Theatre Company, among many others. Tom's dedicated efforts and continued sponsorship of the annual Ray of Hope Gala has enabled Catholic Charities of Monmouth County to expand their programs and reach more individuals in need of assistance.  Valarie has co-chaired the annual Ray of Hope Gala five times and will once again in 2012. As a result, Tom and his wife Valarie were the recipients of Catholic Charities' annual Guardian Angel award in 2005.
