You may place your order with us by email, telephone, fax, or mail. Please include your cars vin number so that we can ensure you get the correct items you need. Circle BMW accepts your personal check (your name and address must be printed on the check - no starter checks. Please allow for 10 to 14 business days for check to clear.), bank checks, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Sorry but we do not ship COD. If you are paying by credit card your order must be shipped to the same address as your credit card's billing address. All orders over $200.00 in value will require an adult signature. Unless otherwise requested all orders will be shipped UPS Ground. We only ship parts within the United States, APO Boxes and Puerto Rico

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |

If for any reason you need to return or exchange any item first call us at 732-440-1238 or email us at circlebmw@circlebmw.com to obtail a Return Autorization Number. You must include a copy of the invoice along with a reason for the return. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition with the manufactures original packaging. Repackage, insure and ship prepaid by US Postal Service or UPS Ground. Remember to print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the shipping label. Returns sent COD or Freight Collect will not be accepted. All returns will be subject to a Handling Charge. Electrical items, shocks or struts, special tools and manuals are not returnable. Special Ordered items that Circle BMW does not carry in stock are not returnable. No refund will be given on any item that has been installed, modified, not in saleable condition or that is not in its original package. |
