SUBJECT After a part replacement and software update my information display changed MODEL E60 and E61 (5 Series) E63 and E64 (6 Series) E90, E91 and E92 (3 Series) E70 (X5) SITUATION With the introduction of March 2007 produced vehicles, enhancements have been made to the CID over previous model year vehicles. These inhancements include color and functional changes which improve functionality and give the CID a more appealing look. If a pre 03/07 production vehicle is programmed the Head Unit Display (CCC or MASK) will be updated with new operating software and this will result in changes to the color and functionality of the CID Please refer to the links below which highlight some of the changes that have occured.
