Along with a box of cookies, and a free portrait session, I got a postcard survey to fill out, but thought it would be more appropriate to send you this email message. My first contact with CIRCLE was in buying a new 1977 Chevy Impala. I had done extensive research and sent a letter to Mr. DeFelice Sr., describing the exact specs and what I would pay. This was accepted, and I became a CIRCLE customer. I had that Chevy for 13 years. Years later, we bought a new Chevy Citation and that car was not good, but that was Chevy's fault, not yours. In 1987 I bought a new BMW convertible, and enjoyed it for 12 years. In 2000 I took delivery of a BMW 328ci coupe from you, and gave the convertible to my daughter. That 1988 car is not only still running, but it looks brand new ! My 2000 328ci was and is a great car, but I was fatally tempted by the new 335i with its twin turbo engine. So far, it's a wonderful automobile... My 2000 328 is now offered for sale. It's in mint condition with only 38,000 miles. What I really wanted to convey to you is how much I appreciate your service department. All my autos purchased from you were serviced by you, and I often tell friends how great your service department is. There have been many times in the past where I've driven in without an appointment, and had one of your service folks come out and either fix a minor problem on the spot, or arrange for it to be fixed. Your service is always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. It sort of makes me feel CIRCLE and I are partners in my great BMW automobile. You should be proud of your company.
