Annual Employee “Turkey Day” at Circle BMW

In the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday, Circle BMW’s President, Tom DeFelice, always takes the opportunity to express his gratitude to his employees. For 38 years – since the establishment of Circle BMW in 1981 – Tom has presented each of his employees with a turkey for Thanksgiving. He sends a company-wide email prior to the holiday in which he states his appreciation, reminds everyone they will receive a turkey and wishes all a Happy Thanksgiving.  Two days before Thanksgiving, Tom personally presents each employee with a turkey.

The annual turkey day at Circle BMW has become a beloved company tradition. New employees delight in learning about the Thanksgiving turkeys and existing employees look forward to receiving their turkey from Tom. This year was no different; employees eagerly awaited for the turkeys to arrive and Tom took time to hand-out each one. Pictures from this year’s turkey distribution are listed below.

Our current General Manager, Larry Powell, pictured left, started his career as a BMW technician. He is joined by Circle BMW President, Tom DeFelice and Technician Kevin Wronski. Kevin has worked at Circle BMW since 1989.
