The BMW X5: Fun When You Want It, Function When You Need It
One of the joys of buying a BMW is being able to tailor it to your tastes. But with performance coming standard in virtually every vehicle, figuring out which model to choose might give you a headache. Take the 2017 BMW X5, for example, which comes with up to 567 hp and an options sheet longer than Lord of the Rings. AutoGuide, however, has a good suggestion.
Dan Ilika, reviewer for AG, suggests that the most fun and practical model for your every day luxury driver is the xDrive35i. With all-wheel drive, 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, its powertrain and platform are both functional and fun at once. If you want more of the latter, kick the SAV into sport mode for a more tossable driving character you won’t be able to get enough of.
Of course, if we lost you at “long options sheet” and are currently staring at it in trepidation and wonderment, let the experts at our Eatontown, NJ dealership help. Take a look at the new BMW models we have in stock, and we’ll take things from there.
