BMW’s Car Sharing Venture, ReachNow, Making Gains

The BMW Group recently began the car sharing and mobility services venture, ReachNow, and it’s starting to take shape.

In October, the luxury automobile group announced Simon Broesamle as chief customer officer (CCO) and Leigh McMillan as head of marketing. In a press release, BMW said their objectives are to enrich ReachNow’s member experience and manage its expected accelerated growth.

Broesamle will oversee product management, technology, market expansion and focus on member experiences and marketing. McMillan will be in charge of building the brand, communications, and membership growth.

“Simon and Leigh bring a wealth of experience in innovative mobility solutions and consumer services along with proven track records scaling consumer businesses. Their experience will add tremendous value to the ReachNow team and our member services,” said CEO of ReachNow, Steve Banfield.
